On 1 April 2016, the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government confirmed the London Borough of Hounslow (Lionel Road South) Compulsory Purchase Order 2014.  Ardent served the confirmation notices on 8 April.  Alongside this, Ardent also served Notice of Intention to acquire the land through the GVD process.
